Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)

Working with key internal and external stakeholders you’ll collate, analysis and interpret data to support our decision making, leading to the design and implementation of future maintenance delivery arrangements.
You’ll analyse our capability to understand our position in the market place. You’ll produce documentation aligned to the design and implementation of future maintenance delivery arrangements and lead works to establish/enhance its capabilities.

About our team
You’ll be working as part of our fabulous team who are super passionate about delivering a first-class maintenance solution to our customers.  Our director Paul has worked here at Home Group almost 3 years now, having worked in contact centres and maintenance environments for the past 14 years. Outside of work Paul enjoys a hectic social life and when not cooking is planning his next trip with his wife Victoria!
You will be working for David who recently joined Home Group and has over 30 years’ experience in, house construction and maintenance. When he’s not cycling he’s either up a mountain in the lakes or practicing and teaching various forms of meditation.  
When you’ll work
It’s the team’s unwritten rule that you attend the important appointments in life, be it your child’s school play, your partner’s graduation, or to get your new fridge delivered. You can elect to fit these around your working day or use your flexi to take the time off. Our focus is on getting the job done, not your working hours!
About you
You’ll be a true self starter, with experience (preferably in the housing sector) of successful outcome’s of preparing and reviewing all aspects of business readiness/bid documentation.
With proven ability to analyse multiple information sources and complex data sets, you’ll have a systematic process of providing insight generation from these sources.  You’ll be able to effectively analyse and communicate these insights with stakeholders across the business through presentations, reports and briefings, expediting decision making. 
Here at Home Group we have invested heavily in our future and use current and up to date equipment. You’ll be issued with the latest kit, which could include a Surface Pro and mobile. So it's really important to us that you are technologically savvy (or at the very least not a technophobe!)
