Over the last few years, Illumina has experienced rapid expansion and this role is supporting our continued growth plans. This role is based in our European Head Office in Cambridge, or in our Berlin office in Germany, where you will be a vital part of our in-house multi-lingual legal team. You will work closely with our sales function across EMEA and get involved in some truly exciting projects involving improving human health.

 In this role you will support on in depth contracts, significantly valued tenders and multi-million-pound contracts.Why YouYou will have experience in legal administration and contract preparation, which will stand you in good stead to work in this detail orientated, fast-paced team. You will enjoy working in a proactive manner and look to solve problems as well as work from your own initiative. Of course, you will have the support of the team to progress your learning as well as your career. You may have knowledge of another European language, German would be helpful, however, that is not essential.The roleResponsibilities include;

Provides specialized administrative support in respect of the preparation and collation of contracts and tender documents with minimal instructions and supervision.
Provides specialized administrative support in respect of the completion and submission of supplier questionnaires and related documents.
Assists with the routing/data inputting related to purchase orders, including carrying out related end user checks and confirming relevant approvals are in place.
Manages our customer contracts database and ensures the links with SFDC/SAP are maintained.
Assists with the review, finalization and execution of various sales support documents, including customs agreements and certain purchase orders
Assists with department specific projects as required.
Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data and prepares reports and recommendations / technology review and update
Coordinates activities between the department and internal business partners and external parties.
May assist with the translation of short documents/forms where appropriate
Maintaining and providing updates to current Contracts, Pricing Approval processes, terms and conditions, and all related forms and distributing as needed.What’s in it for you
