Role summary

You will be a Personal Assistant (PA) helping senior leaders.
You need to be organised and able to work in a busy place.
You will work with the Chair, Chief Executive, and Head of Governance.
You will work some days in the office and some days at home.
You must be able to work well on your own and as part of a team.

Key tasks

Look after leaders' emails and calendars.
Arrange meetings and help during meetings.
Book travel and places to stay.
Keep notes of tasks and help with other admin work.
Make sure leaders are ready for their week.

Skills and experience

You must have worked as a PA before at a senior level.
You must be good at talking and listening to people.
You must pay attention to details and plan your work well.
You should be helpful, positive, and solve problems on your own.

Pay and hours

The pay details will be shared when you apply.
The job supports flexible working hours.
You will have to work some days in the Cardiff office.

Location and workplace

The main office is in Cardiff, Wales.
You will work with a small, friendly team of PAs.
You will work partly at home and partly in the office.
